We wouldn't mind paying someone to fix it, but we haven't been able to figure out where the water is getting in. It was good news that you were at home during your big rain so that you could monitor things and jump out to fix them. <br /><br />As for being the smartest person in the house, Marley has asked me to suggest to you in the gentlest and most respectful way that perhaps this is no longer the case now that he is an adult. Opposable thumbs? Yep, you've got the jump on everyone else there. But sheer brain power?
