I understand how you feel! But for several years my dad was a tree remover and bark can be surprisingly slippery! Not to mention if it lightenings, they're up high with bright shiney metal objects in their hands and likely strapped to their boots, yikes! lol
Hope the rain stops and they can get at it for you soon!
